[Tony isn't normally present when the newcomers arrive, but he is kind of one of the few prosthetics manufacturers around (it's a small skillset in the apocalypse, go figure). So here he is, on hand (you may cringe), must in case. He's not paying much attention (in fact no attention) as the usual welcome spiel is given, instead looking over schematics only he can see via he glasses he's wearing. The sound of a voice catches his attention and he looks over.

But that aside this does look like a bit of a situation and he comes over, signing to the local that he'll take over.
